Dec 4th
PARKING
For this 2024/2025 season, OWNERS with will continue to use
to use the hard plastic green hang tag or the green stick-on windshield tag. GUEST parking passes will be a new hot-pink paper hang tag, now available from management. Please make sure that your guests ONLY use this pass as of December 15th. All previous parking passes in Yellow, Red, White or Blue are no longer valid and will be subject to towing by Park City Towing.

Owners are currently allotted one (1) of the 29 parking spaces CBI has available. Requests for a second space must be approved by request to the Board of Directors or Property Management.
WINTER
Beginning November 15th until April, after an accumulation of 2-inches or more of snow in the parking lot, cars must be moved to accommodate snow removal.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Nov 21st
New access code for both the Lobby and Spa Room doors goes into effect.​ Please refer to the email from Nick or contact Property Management for details.
Sep 3rd
Free WiFi is now offered to owners and rental guests. If you would like to cancel your existing Comcast service(s), please contact Nick to arrange for complimentary replacement of your existing TV-cable service boxes. It is important to be aware that this amenity may not be at a level of security or speed required for certain remote work or employer requirements.

Nov 8th
To address and prevent the ongoing issue of water leaks, the HOA is implementing an annual plan to inspect the shut-off valves, bathtub caulking, divertor spouts, etc. of each unit.  The process is scheduled to begin over the next 30 days; please advise Nick of your unit's accessibility. We are hopeful this will allow the HOA to identify and prevent any potential issues before they become problems.

Expect traffic delays caused by the City doing roadwork on the south side of the Holiday Ranch Loop (SR-224 to Little Kate Road).
July 9th
The new owner's parking passes have arrived and are available. Please contact Nick with the choices of a plastic hang tag or windshield sticker. The yellow paper hang tags for Guest Parking remain valid. 
June 1st
Spa Room reopens.
May 30th & 31st
Annual fireplace inspections. Please make sure access to your unit is available to property management. Owners will be notified of any issues discovered by October 1st.
May 1st
New access code for the Lobby Door goes into effect (see email from Nick dated April 28th).  The spa is currently closed for maintenance and repairs.

July 26th & 27th
Annual chimney inspections and cleaning. If can't be there, please provide  property management with access to your unit.
July 25th & 26th
The Parking Lot will be closed as of 7:00am on Monday, July 25 until 7:00am Tuesday, July 26 for application of an asphalt sealant, Grand Valley Bank (across the street) is allowing CBI residents to park in their lot on Monday, July 25, since the bank will be closed for Pioneer Day. Any vehicles parked in the lot during the above time frame will be towed at the owner's expense. Please be sure to inform and remind all guests and tenants.

July 5th
Model HOA presented the Board with a contract to renew their property management services, set to expire as of August 31, at a cost increase of 32%. Unable to reach a reasonable compromise, the Board has agreed to begin the process to retain a new property management company, effective September 1.
June 1st
New lobby front door key code goes into effect. Please review your emails from property management for that information.

Mar 25th
Please see the updated Rules & Regulations for 2022, which include two new additions. 
  • #18: Vehicles parked in the parking lot must have a valid and visible parking permit hanging from the windshield between 12 am and 6 am. Vehicles without the proper tag visible will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. 
  • #20: From November 15th to April 1st, vehicles parked in the parking lot must be moved when it snows 2” or more to aid snow removal services in the parking lot.
