After an incident involving Park City Police, we ask all homeowners and their guests to keep the building safe and secure:

The Lobby Door is to be CLOSED at all times; it is never to be left propped open.

When entering or exiting, make sure that the Lobby Door locks behind you

There will be a power outage to the building in the early morning hours on Wednesday, February 4 from about 1:00am to 2:00am. Rocky Mountain Power advises that approximately 700 residents will be impacted as they do maintenance in the area.
